Email outreach platform

Every lead followed up, every reply answered.

Leads go quiet because follow-up is manual. OutreachLift puts every contact, cold or already in your pipeline, on a drip that sends the next email on time, and lands every reply in one inbox your whole team works from.

Every reply in one queue, labeled and ready to work

Campaigns send from many mailboxes, but replies belong to the whole team. Labels sort what comes back: who is interested, who has a question, who is away. The next action is never a guess.

No mailbox hopping. Replies from every connected address land in the same queue, tagged with the mailbox they arrived at.

Anyone can answer. A hot reply gets handled by whoever is online, not stuck behind the one person who owns the mailbox.

The sequence reacts. A reply stops the follow-ups. An out of office pushes the next step back until the person is back at their desk.

Does this work with our existing CRM, or do we import contacts?

Everything your outreach needs, in one place

No spreadsheet of prospects, no shared login for the inbox, no forwarding replies around the team. The whole workflow lives in one workspace.

Drip email sequences

Write a series of emails with wait steps between them. Every prospect moves through the steps on their own clock, and the sequence stops the moment they reply.

One inbox for the whole team

Replies from every connected mailbox land in a single queue, labeled by what came back. An out of office pushes the next step back instead of losing the thread.

One shared contact base

People and companies live in a single database with CSV import and deduplication. The whole team works from the same base, not from private spreadsheets.

Lists for every segment

Filter the base, save the segment as a list, and point a campaign at it. Cold prospects and the leads already in your pipeline live side by side without mixing.

Pacing that protects deliverability

Daily limits per mailbox, warm up ramps for newly connected accounts, and randomized gaps between sends. The engine never sends in bursts.

Your mailboxes, your sending

Connect Gmail with OAuth or any provider over SMTP and IMAP, and spread a campaign across several mailboxes. Every message goes out from an address you own.

Lead flow

Made for your lead flow, not just cold lists

Wherever a lead comes from, a bought list, a signup, or a teammate's spreadsheet, it lands in the same contact base and can enter the same sequences.

Every source, one record

CSV exports, data providers, or your own pipeline: each source is folded into a single contact record, field by field. A manual edit always wins over an imported value.

API first by design

OutreachLift is built entirely on a documented OpenAPI schema. Anything you can do in the UI, from adding a contact to launching a campaign, exists as a typed endpoint.

Deduplicated by design

Incoming leads are matched against the contacts you already have, so a person who arrives from two sources still ends up as one record with one history.

Use cases

Cold outreach is just the start

The same engine that runs cold campaigns can follow up on whatever happens in your product or pipeline. Enrollment is one API call.

Cold outbound

Classic prospecting: import a list, run a drip sequence, and work the replies from the shared inbox.

Lead conversion

A visitor starts a trial, books nothing, or downloads your guide. Your backend enrolls them into a follow-up campaign the moment it happens, and every touch stays inside your sending limits.

Customer lifecycle

Onboarding nudges, renewal reminders, win-backs. Enroll existing customers based on what they just did, not only on who they are.

How it works

From list to booked reply in four steps

  1. 01

    Bring in your prospects

Import a CSV or feed leads in from your own pipeline. Every source merges into one deduplicated contact base, ready to segment into lists.

  2. 02

    Design the sequence

Write each email in the series and set the waits between them. Every prospect moves through the steps on their own schedule.

  3. 03

    Launch the campaign

Pick the list, assign the sending mailboxes, and start. The engine schedules every send within your limits and spreads the volume across the day.

  4. 04

    Work the replies

Answer from the shared inbox. Sequences stop the moment someone replies, so nobody gets a follow up after they have already answered.

Playground

Sketch a sequence, see the pacing

Assemble emails and waits the way you would in the app, set your volumes, and see how long a campaign takes when every mailbox stays inside its limits.

Pacing
23days to finish the sequence

500 prospects and 3 emails each, with every mailbox held to 40 sends a day and 4 days of waits.

Illustrative estimate. The engine also adds warm up ramps and randomized gaps.
